Beijing Aisiji Automobile Brake Cylinder Co., Ltd. is located on the
southern side of the extending line of eastern Chang’an
Street with the area occupied being ten thousand square
meters, the existing fixed assets being more than 15 million
yuan and the sale income being 20 million yuan every year.
There are more than 130 staff (among them the engineering
technicians are more than 25%). There are various equipments
for special use purpose, and the annual production ability
reaches twelve thousand sets of boosters with the production
lines being more than 90 pieces and sets.
Our company has the nation-wide first class standard testing
equipments for various products and performances of the high
and low temperature, long life-span and vibration controlled
by the computers. We have the testing equipments for the
master cylinder controlled by the computers, the testing
equipments for the load-sensing proportional valves and the
advanced assembly and production lines for the boosters.
Our company is the professional company, specially making the
hydraulic brake cylinders. We possess the technological
ability of independently developing and manufacturing various
products of the brake cylinders for the light cars. We have
learned very much from America and Japan, and taken a lot of
advanced skills and manufacturing technologies from them. Our
products’ performances adopt the international standards.
The main products are the vacuum boosters, the brake wheel
cylinders, the brake master cylinders, the clutch cylinders,
the various oil discharge valves and cylinder valves, etc. for
the automobile series of car, light and mini car.
Our company has now cooperated with the main engine plants,
such as Beijing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu
Mudan Automobile Group, Shangdong Shuangli Automobile Group,
Aofeng Automobile Group, Huatai Automobile Co., Ltd., Liuzhou
Nanyan Automobile Co., Ltd., and Kaima Automobile Group, etc.,
providing them with the matching parts for the complete set.
Our company had passed the authentication of ISO9000 in 1999,
and passed the authentication of the quality for automobile
products in 2003. In recent years, for many times we have
passed the examinations, such as the “quality united
examination”, “the state sampling inspection” and “the
rearrangement examination and acceptance” by the state car
quality supervising and examining center. Our brake master
cylinder and wheel cylinder ranked first in the army’s
annual examination and acceptance organized by the “state
machinery industry bureau for the fifth type of car and truck
used for the agricultural transportation. We lay great
